Creo Collective’s online shop is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
“Creo Collective” operates the online shop. “Customer” or “you” is the person or company ordering products under these terms and conditions.
Shopping at creocollective.com.au is a fast and secure process. If you are a new customer, there is no need for you to register as orders are accepted from guests. Once you have successfully placed an order you will be sent an email confirming, among other things, receipt and the details of your order. All prices quoted in the online shop are Australian Dollars (AUD).
Online payment is accepted by Paypal, and credit card (via PayPal as a guest checkout). As credit card payments are conducted through PayPal, we never see, retain, or use your credit card information. Money Order, Direct Transfer and Cash on Delivery are not possible.
Unsatisfied with your purchase? The item must be returned, as new, within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. The item’s state will be determined by Creo Collective before a refund is processed to the buyer’s account. If the item is in any way damaged, a refund will not be issued. Please choose carefully when ordering prints as once the prints have been ordered, we cannot provide refunds.
Currently, we only ship within Australia via Australia Post. Please note that we can not guarantee these delivery times since they are not under our control. Gift parcels and local pickup are not offered.
TAXES AND PRICES
Creo Collective prices are tax exempt. Creo Collective reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability.
Creo Collective respects your privacy and will use the information such as your name, email and payment address only to fulfill your order.
This information is collected and held securely. Creo Collective complies with all applicable data protection legislation, and will treat all your personal information as confidential.
If you wish to cancel an order before the goods have been dispatched please use our contact form. If the item has already been dispatched, a refund will be made of the item cost once it is returned. Postage and handling costs will need to be covered by the buyer. For prints: Orders can be cancelled only if the print has not gone through to production.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Creo Collective will not be liable for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale is formed.
The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Creo Collective howsoever arising for inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Although your privacy is respected through the checkout, the security of information and payments transmitted via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Any losses incurred or sustained by users who transmit information by means of email or other internet link shall be borne solely and exclusively by such user and in no event shall any such losses in whole or part by borne by Creo Collective.
Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimize inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused. We reserve the right to cancel any order where obvious errors in pricing or product description have occurred.
